FAQ

The Ignite Conference Team is working diligently to provide you with ALL the information that you need ahead of the anticipated IGNITE conference in September! With that said, we've compiled a list of questions and answers for the enlightenment of all our registrants. Is childcare provided during the IGNITE Conference?

Parents traveling with small infants are ultimately responsible for making all necessary arrangements for the care and well-being of children or infants. Please plan ahead so that you are able to fully participate within the IGNITE Conference. *Infants (please see Lap Child Policy below) are not required to register, and can attend all conference events. Lap Child Policy: One child over 14 days and under four (4) years of age, not occupying a seat, may be carried as a Lap Child when attending events with an adult (12 years of age or older). Each adult may travel with one Lap Child.
Are nightly services open to the public?

While registration is not required to attend nightly services, seating is not guaranteed to non-registrants at the conference. We strongly encourage registration as historically, we've met capacities at each nightly service.
Can I upgrade my registration from General Registration to VIP Registration?

Yes, but only while VIP Registrations lasts. Once VIP Registrations are "Sold Out," we will no longer be permitted to make good on any upgrade requests.
What is the official IGNITE Conference Itinerary?

Our official itinerary for the 2024 IGNITE Conference will be released on Monday, September 2nd via email. (Please subscribe on our website to receive automated email updates). Where is the conference located this year (2024)?

The 2024 IGNITE Conference will be held at the The Westin Chicago Lombard located at: 70 Yorktown Shopping Center, Lombard, IL 60148 ***Unlike in years passing, The Westin will host the conference for the entire duration of the conference including Sunday.
What's the attire for the conference?

Warning: We highly recommend that you refrain from wearing anything flammable as there will be a fire! In the meantime, we recommend your comfortability throughout the duration of the conference. We trust in your discretion to dress appropriately.
What are the differences between General Registration and VIP Registration?

What are the nearest airports in proximity to the IGNITE Conference?

There are two major Chicago airports: O’Hare International Airport (ORD) (17.4 Miles/ Approx. 22 minutes from Hosting Location) Midway International Airport (MDW) (17.9 Miles/ Approx. 34 minutes from Hosting Location)
Will there be a Virtual option for registration?

The Ignite Team is hard at work to provide the most seamless virtual experience possible. With that, we are troubleshooting various platforms. Once we've paired with the perfect match, we'll release more information. Until then, we encourage your actual presence at the IGNITE Conference.
Do I have to register my child for the IGNITE Conference?

The IGNITE Conference has adopted the "Lap Child Policy" that's most commonly used at airports. It states that if your child does not meet the criteria of being a "Lap Child," we require a full registration for the child. Please see the "Lap Child Policy" below. Can I refund/ transfer my registration?

The Ignite Conference has instituted a strict no refund/ transfer of any of its affiliated registrations or products. We encourage you to review our Terms & Conditions on our "Policy" Page.
