***Unlike in years passing, The Westin will host the conference for the entire duration of the conference including Sunday.
Our official itinerary for the 2024 IGNITE Conference will be released on Monday, September 2nd via email. (Please subscribe on our website to receive automated email updates).
In the meantime, the itinerary frame of the conference includes the following:

The IGNITE Conference has adopted the "Lap Child Policy" that's most commonly used at airports. It states that if your child does not meet the criteria of being a "Lap Child," we require a full registration for the child.
Please see the "Lap Child Policy" below.
Lap Child Policy:
One child over 14 days and under four (4) years of age, not occupying a seat, may be carried as a Lap Child when attending events with an adult (12 years of age or older). Each adult may travel with one Lap Child.
Parents traveling with small infants are ultimately responsible for making all necessary arrangements for the care and well-being of children or infants. Please plan ahead so that you are able to fully participate within the IGNITE Conference.
*Infants (please see Lap Child Policy below) are not required to register, and can attend all conference events.
